Our leadership team has decades of experience and long track records of success in business management and operations, including commercial, luxury and custom vehicle dealership, and custom vehicle design, build, sales and service.

Dennis Phillips

Principal, Broadway Ford Truck Sales, and Partner, USA Haulers

Dennis’s background of starting, building, and running successful businesses spans 40 years and a multitude of different business sectors. Starting as a salesman at a local Ford dealership, Dennis spent over 30 years working his way up the ladder in many different roles at several different dealerships. Now, Dennis owns one of the largest Ford Truck dealerships in the Midwest, which has tripled in size under his leadership. Along the way, some of his other business enterprises have included specialty food manufacturing, hospitality and gaming venue design, podcast production, and online gaming technology development. In addition, he has started and built numerous successful ventures in commercial real estate sales and development. With a diversified and deep business background, combined with his mastery of the truck industry, Dennis is well-equipped to lead the growth of USA Haulers.

Brian Travers

President, USA Haulers

Brian’s 30+ years of business leadership experience encompasses a powerful combination of vehicle sales, service, parts and financing, and successful entrepreneurial business ownership. In addition to his years of truck experience, Brian’s diverse business background includes RV dealer ownership, warehousing and distribution, commercial real estate development and management, and multi-unit retail operations. As head of USA Haulers, Brian is totally focused on pushing the envelope of innovation and setting new standards in the custom hauler industry.

Scott Powers

Vice President of Dealer Development, USA Haulers

Scott’s background is custom made for his role on the USA Haulers Leadership Team. His love for motorsports, and a lifelong passion for horses, including many years of ranching, training, and competing, has given him hands-on experience in the needs of truck and hauler buyers. With years of professional business experience in banking and retail auto finance, along with nearly 20 years of sales and dealership experience in the custom hauler industry, Scott  has a unique understanding of our customers and products. This includes his wealth of knowledge in the Equine, RV,
and Motorsports markets coupled with high-performance automobiles, boats, and motorcycle/ATV sports.

Jim Schaefer

Consultant. General Sales Manager, Broadway Ford Truck Sales

Through multiple truck dealership and corporate positions, Jim’s entire 30-year career has been spent in commercial truck and fleet sales businesses. Jim has built a formidable base of sales and customer support expertise, and he currently leads all B2B, government, retail and wholesale vehicle sales operations for USA Haulers partner Broadway Ford Truck. With his extensive truck sales experience, Jim adds powerful expertise to the USA Haulers leadership team.

Scot Conrad

Scot has decades of experience serving the demanding expectations of high-end customers in the luxury and high-performance vehicle and motor yacht markets. His expertise makes him uniquely equipped to give USA Haulers valuable insights into the marketplace business drivers and customer attitudes and expectations in the custom hauler and truck markets. This increased understanding of our customers and markets adds strength, accuracy, and effectiveness to our business model.
